Return Policy

I strive hard for customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. Many of the returns I receive are for sizing issues. For this reason, it is recommended that when buying several diapers at a time, especially for new customers, you try only one diaper initially to determine if QTbunns are right for you. Used diapers will not be accepted for return.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an order you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of products sold, all returns must be received in brand new, unwashed condition and be accompanied by a sales receipt or invoice. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Product Guarantee

All of QTBunns products are guaranteed against workmanship defects for a period of 60 days after purchase. If you experience a workmanship issue (such as loose stitching) that might affect product integrity, please contact QTBunns promptly to receive an exchange. For diapers, trainers, and underwear, only same size exchanges are allowed. All exchanges must be approved and accompanied by the defective product and a sales receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Availability, Alteration of the contents

QTBunns reserved the right, to change, move and modify the content of the Site or end the offering at any time without notification.

Typographical Errors

In the event a QTBunns product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, QTBunns have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. QTBunns have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, QTBunns shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
