What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept PayPal or certified check. Payment must be cleared before your order will ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please contact me for international shipping quotes.

What shipping methods are available?

USPS Priority or First Class mail for domestic shipments and International First Class or International Priority for orders outside of the US. Sorry, tracking is not available for international packages.

How soon will my order arrive?

This largely depends on your order size and shipping method. As a guideline, in stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. From Alaska, both first class and priority mail usually take 2-5 days to arrive. International shipments can sometimes take up to 2 weeks.

For custom or large orders, you will be given an estimated processing time. Most orders can be filled within a week.

Do your diapers come with laundry tabs?

Not at this time.

I have a heavy wetter. Can I purchase extra soaker pads?

Absolutely. It’s always a good idea to have extras on hand, especially for overnight use.

I’ve heard that cloth diapers can leak. How do I know QTBunns diapers won’t?

Leaks are almost caused by one of two issues: a poorly made diaper, or improper fit. QTBunns diapers have been tested for durability, fit, and quality construction. For this reason I don’t expect you will experience leaks, however, because babies come in all different sizes, I cannot guarantee against them. What works for one baby may not work for another. Please make sure the leg gussets fit snugly and do not gap with movement to best avoid this problem.
